For the last ten years, head chef and co owner Oliver Pudney and his kitchen team have made everything on our menus from scratch. We use the best ingredients we can get our hands on throughout the year. The result is a menu that changes with the seasons, plates of food that resound with integrity and lots and lots of happy faces.
We believe the key to good food is a simple formula. Great ingredients served at their peak and cooking that has soul. It’s not a formula that we plan to deviate from any time soon.
We choose the drinks on our lists with as much rigour as we design the dishes on our menus.
Diversity of flavour, integrity of process and a respect for traditional methods strongly inform the selections.
The aim is to support almost exclusively small production breweries and wine makers who share our passion for not just delicious drinks, but artisanal values and natural processes too.
